While all sales are final, we do review defective products and will replace a defective product within 30 days of order delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Exchanges allowed.the baits you want to exchange must be unused in their original package. The customer is responsible for paying shipping both ways on an exchange.
No refunds, unless you cancel an order prior to production. The refund will be less PayPal or Shopify fees charged for the original purchase. 2.9% + $0.30 per order total because those services charge those rates from every sale.
